Scuba Diving Vacation Packages Featuring Daily Two-Tank Boat
Dives Starting at Just $369 for a Two-night/One-dive Day Stay.
Directed by
award-winning diver Neal Watson, a.k.a. “the Dive God”, the
new Bimini Scuba Center features a 40-foot custom dive boat
accommodating 30 divers, all-new Oceanic dive equipment
rentals, a commercial compressor for tank refills and the
only Nitrox fill station in the Bimini Islands. Located at
Bimini Sands Resort & Marina’s Beach Club property, the dive
shop is adjacent to the beach and freshwater pool; the
resort’s fine dining restaurant, Bimini Twist, and Mackey’s
Sand Bar, its popular sports bar.
“Our new location at the Bimini Sands Beach Club on South
Bimini is a short boat ride from the island’s best dive
sites, most of which lie to the south,” said Watson, citing
as examples the wreck of the concrete ship Sapona, Victory
Reef and Tuna Alley. “We also are offering night dives,
shark dives, wild dolphin and stingray encounters. The
marine life surrounding the island is amazing, including
spotted eagle rays, sea turtles, abundant fish and much,
much more. Bimini has more to see and explore than many dive
sites that can take hours rather than just minutes to reach
by air.”
Bimini Sands Dive Vacation Packages* include accommodations
in a one-bedroom, marina-view condo with living room and
kitchen; a daily two-tank boat dive, and tanks, weights and
belts. Neal Watson’s Bimini Scuba Center will wash and store
your dive gear and refill your tanks after each day’s dives.
Package rates range from $369 for a two-night/one-dive day
stay to $1,539 for a seven-night/six dive-day vacation.
(Rates are per person/per night based on double occupancy; a
discount is available for non-divers.)
Designed for the diver in search of total relaxation, Bimini
Sands All-Inclusive Dive Vacation Packages* include all of
the above, plus all meals and all beverages – including
alcoholic beverages for adults over 21. The resort has
several excellent dining venues to choose from, including
the Petite Conch for tasty island breakfast and lunch fare,
the chef-styled Bimini Twist Restaurant, Island Sushi, and
Mackey’s casual pub fare. All-Inclusive Dive Vacation
Packages start at $833 for a two night/one-dive day stay to
$2,076 for a seven-night/six-dive day vacation. (Rates are
per person/per night based on double occupancy; a discount
is available for non-divers.) All-Inclusive package is not
valid from 05/23/13 – 09/02/13.
Daily a la carte dives, tank refills and rental equipment
also are available at Neal Watsons’ Bimini Scuba Center at
